1. Overview

EndoCapacity is an early-stage research initiative exploring future virtual endocrinology access. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our early-access list. We do not currently provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and EndoCapacity is not an active medical practice or healthcare provider.

2. Information we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect the following information:

  • First name
  • Email address
  • State and ZIP code
  • The endocrine concern or condition you selected
  • Whether you are currently seeking an endocrinologist
  • Expected appointment wait time
  • Whether you would consider a virtual endocrinology appointment
  • Whether you have previously tried virtual endocrinology care
  • Access barriers you have experienced
  • Basic marketing attribution (UTM parameters, referrer, landing page, device type)

We intentionally do not collect date of birth, detailed diagnoses, medications, medical records, insurance member IDs, detailed symptom descriptions, or Social Security numbers through this early-access form.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to understand patient demand for future virtual endocrinology services and to communicate updates about our development and potential early-access opportunities. We do not sell your information. We do not send form responses or health-related answers to advertising platforms.

4. How we share your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to operate and secure our services (for example, hosting providers) or as required by law.

5. Analytics

We keep analytics minimal and do not include unnecessary third-party scripts. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels that collect health-related information.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

You can ask us to remove your information from the early-access list at any time by contacting us. If you receive updates from us, you may also unsubscribe using the link provided in those communications.

8. No doctor-patient relationship

Joining the early-access list does not establish a doctor-patient relationship or provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This service is not currently available, and joining does not guarantee access to care.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date.
